Dedicated training and support for service, maintenance, troubleshooting, software and applications.
GSG RobotiX offers a full range of training and support activities to allow the customer service team to reach the highest level of efficiency in the instrument installation and follow-up.
Our staff helps the customer support team during the start-up of the projects, the implementation of the assay protocols and the diagnostic of the problems. The support activity may take place in different ways, through a direct contact with GSG RobotiX specialists or engineers based in Italy, by phone calls, e-mail or remote connection.
A dedicated support activity on site is also available on demand.
Trainings
GSG RobotiX offers, together with the instrument supply, a wide range of trainings for booth application and service scope held on our training center based in Milan:
- Operative Training for Specialist / End user (1st level training)
- Application training for the assay protocol programming (2nd level training)
- Advanced Application Training for Liquid Handling basic and custom processing (on demand)
- Service Training for installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting (1st level training)
- Advanced Service Training for full instrument repairing and defective part replacement
Taylor-made trainings in Italy or on site are also available on demand.
