Customized Development
All the system are customizable according to the customer’s requirements in order to provide a fully walk-away analyzer.
Application oriented analyzers
The instruments are developed on robotic platforms based on “modularity” concept . All the modules required for the automation of each assay step can be integrated in the instrument workbench through the Pcan Bus connection.
A list of standard modules available from third-party or customize devices produced by GSG RobotiX, are already available for the integration into the instrument:
- Barcode and 2D code scanners for tubes, reagent vials, microplates, gel cards and IFA slides
- Plate incubators and Shakers
- Centrifuge for standard plates and gel cards
- ELISA plate and IFA slide washers
- Readers for ELISA and agglutination reactions in microtiter plates and gel cards.
Custom-made devices
Special module required for the walk-away automation of “non-standard” assays can be developed on demand by GSG RobotiX according to the customer specifications.
We can develop mechanical parts, electronic boards and software.
Safety shield and top covers
Depending on the application field and the specific customer requirements, the analyzer can be equipped with a standard front protection shield or a complete shell for a safer and effective protection of the lab operators. The original design of the instrument shell is customizable on demand.
Flexible software
Flexible software tools allow the definition of the instrument configuration and the assay protocol implementation, supporting the lab operator through an "user friendly" front-end interface.
